Radiate YTH Gathering

Prepare for an incredible experience at our Radiate Northern Rally, tailored specifically for students in grades 7 to 12! Over two exciting days, you’ll enjoy dynamic worship led by Pastor Carlo Rosati and gain deep wisdom from Pastor Wayne Giroux. With high-energy games, awesome prizes, and karaoke fun, this event promises to be a night of faith, excitement, and fellowship you won’t forget!

We’re thrilled to welcome you to Calvary North Bay for this event! Please note that group registration is required—individual registrations will not be accepted. Every group is responsible for providing their own leaders, with ratios outlined in the CODE OF CONDUCT. Ensure there are sufficient male and female leaders to support your group.

Overnight Stay Details: There is an option to stay overnight at the church (subject to availability based on registration time). Please bring your own sleeping gear and toiletries, as Calvary Church North Bay will not provide them. Boys and girls will be separated for overnight stays, with boys staying at Calvary Church North Bay (271 Ski Club Rd.) and girls staying at Gateway Pentecostal Church (147 Marshall Ave E, North Bay). Leaders will supervise the students, and lights out will be enforced.

If your youth group prefers, you’re welcome to arrange alternative accommodations such as hotels or motels.

What’s Included in the Registration Price?

• Optional overnight lodging at various church locations
• Late-night snack on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday
• Two general sessions with worship and preaching
• Full access to all activities, including dodgeball, video games, board games, and crafting

What’s Not Included?

• Tuck shop items (pop, chips, candy, etc.) will be available for purchase at the event.
